In `@Makefile`:
- Line 293: Restore shell quoting around the E2E_GINKGO_LABEL_FILTER Make
variable so the complete Ginkgo label filter, including spaces and braces, is
passed as a single argument to go test.
In `@test/e2e/condition_matcher_test.go`:
- Line 105: Update the callback passed to wait.PollUntilContextTimeout to retain
its context parameter and pass it to CertManagers().Get instead of creating a
new context.TODO(), ensuring the Kubernetes request observes the polling
timeout.

Propagate the polling context to the Kubernetes request.
The callback passed to wait.PollUntilContextTimeout discards its context and calls CertManagers().Get(context.TODO(), ...). If the request blocks, polling can continue beyond the requested timeout. Pass the callback context to Get.

The Matches() Any-mode fix landed in master via openshift#466 and the verifyOperatorStatusConditionWithTimeout helper via openshift#517, so this branch no longer carries them. What remains: a unit test locking in that Any mode succeeds when a non-matching condition precedes a matching one in the iteration order, and a Makefile fix to double-quote E2E_GINKGO_LABEL_FILTER so filters containing single quotes are passed through correctly.

Summary
Matches()Any-mode early-return fix and theverifyOperatorStatusConditionWithTimeouthelper landed in master via CM-1225: Apply cluster TLS profile to trust-manager, operator metrics, and operand HTTPS metrics #466 and NO-JIRA: For tls-scanner roll trust-manager pods when the ServiceAccount is recreated #517, so after rebasing this PR no longer carries those hunks.Anymode succeeds when a non-matching condition precedes a matching one — the exact CI flake scenario (static-resources-Degraded=False iterated beforedeploymentDegraded=True)E2E_GINKGO_LABEL_FILTERso label filters containing single quotes are passed through correctlyHistorical context
Matches()used to short-circuit withreturn falseon the first status mismatch even inAnymode. Since the Kubernetes API returns conditions in non-deterministic order, this produced flaky e2e failures in the overrides tests:e2e-operator-tech-previewfailed whencert-manager-webhook-static-resources-Degraded(False) was iterated beforecert-manager-webhook-deploymentDegraded(True). The fix landed in master via #466; this PR adds the regression test so it cannot silently regress.Jira
